KRCS offer different types of deposit schemes, which are suitable for different kinds of people.
Savings Bank Account (S.B.)
Any person (above 18 years) may open a Savings account in the Society with out much formalities. The Prescribed application form for opening an account can be collected from the bank and the filled up application should be presented with the initial deposit.
Accounts may be opened in the name of a person or in the name of two or more persons as a joint or either/survivor mode of operation.
Recurring Deposit (R. D.)
Saving a certain amount of money every month and depositing it for a minimum of one year is very useful for the common man. A Recurring Deposit can be opened with a minimum amount of Rs. 10/-. The Details/Table of Recurring Deposits and the amount of receivable is given below.

The amount is repayable after the completion of the prescribed time. A depositor can get a loan of 75% of the deposit amount, from his R.D. A depositor may join an operate the RD through the Collection Agents of the Society.
Students Savings Bank Account (SSB)
Any student( above 10 years) may open a Students Saving Bank Account in the Society. The account may be started by the child with the help of his/her parents and may be operated by himself/herself as a Savings Bank Account. This will encourage the saving habits of children and will enable them to do the banking transactions independently.
Fixed Deposits (F.D.)
Fixed deposits are long term deposits for a fixed time period. Fixed Deposits are starting with a minimum period of 15 days. Different periods of Fixed Deposits and their corresponding rates of interests are given below.
